PURPOSE:To obtain a binder composition raising fluidity of molding ceramics powder, retaining shape of molded article after molding and demolding, readily de-fatting molded articles, by incorporating an organic solvent and an amino acid derivative as components, into the composition. CONSTITUTION:A binder composition which is mixed with ceramics powder, cast into a mold, solidified and retains shape of molded article contains an organic solvent and an amino acid derivative as components. The composition is blended with ceramics powder at >=room temperature into a slurried state of excellent fluidity and readily cast into a mold. When the slurry is maintained in a mold at >=room temperature, the slurry is readily solidified and can be molded in a shape of molded article in a short time. The molded article retains a shape of molded article after demolding, maintains the shape in de-fatting and sintering and a sintered material in a shape of molded article can be made. |
