发明名称 OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide an oxide superconductor having an improved critical temperature, represented by a specific compositional formula and containing elements capable of constituting perovskite, elements whose distance from adja cent oxygen atom effects the critical temperature and elements having specific ion diameters. CONSTITUTION:Raw materials such as Sb2O3 powder, SrO powder, Y2O3 powder and CuO powder are mixed with each other so as to give a prescribed atomic ratio and subsequently calcined in a flow of oxygen gas at 600-1100 deg.C. The calcination product is an oxide superconductor which is represented by the formula (A is one or more elements selected from Sb, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Zn, Zr, In, Nb, Cd, Sn and Ta capable of constituting perovskite; B is one or more elements selected from Na, K, Sr, Ba, La and Ce having an ion diameter of 1.0-1.5; C is one or more elements selected from Y, rare earth elements, Ca and Li; n is 1-4; -1 <= delta <= 2.0; the atomic number a of Cu is 2.0 < a >= 2.4), has portions where oxygen atoms are arranged in a pyramid type shape around a Cu atom and has a crystal structure where the distance of the oxygen atoms and the Cu atom on the bottom surface of the pyramid is 1.895 to 1.930 Angstrom .
