<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic building material resistant to lowering of physical properties and to enable effective utilization of resources by adding hydrochloric acid to sludge generated from a production process of a ceramic product and adding the activated sludge to a ceramic product. CONSTITUTION:In the case of producing a ceramic building material by paper- making method, etc., sludge generated from the process is added and mixed with 5-50 kg of aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid(1-1/10N) based on 1 kg of the solid content of the sludge and the activated sludge is mixed in the production of a ceramic building material and the mixture is aged and cured to obtain a ceramic building material.</p> |
