<p>PURPOSE:To monitor the opening/closure state of a metal lid through one optical fiber by suspending a weight from an end of a wire which is clamped at the other end between the metal lid and a metal lid support part and arranging the optical fiber which is connected to a monitor device between a weight cradle positioned below the weight and the weight. CONSTITUTION:One end of the wire 4 is clamped and the weight 7 is suspended by the weight of the metal lid and its reverse surface is curved arcuately while projecting downward. Further, a corrugated shape part 8a is formed of metal, rubber, plastic, etc., on the reverse surface of the weight 7 and the weight 7 itself is perpendicularly movable by rod-shaped guides 9 which are positioned on both its sides and penetrate the weight 7. The weight cradle 10 is arranged below the weight 7. Further, the optical fiber 13 is arranged between the weight 7 and weight cradle 10. Consequently, the opening/closure state of the metal lid can be monitored only by using only one optical fiber 13 without installing a power source for the sensor nor a transmitter for information obtained by the sensor.</p> |
