摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain high-strength, high-rigidity and low-thermal-expansion characteristics, by a method wherein a reinforcing fiber layer is formed by winding a reinforcing fiber round an outer circumference of a various shaped mandrel, the reinforcing fibers are oriented to a corner part, a plurality of the reinforcing fiber layers are formed by repeating operation forming the reinforcing fiber layer by winding the reinforcing fibers over the reinforcing fibers further and the reinforcing fiber layer is made into composition by curing the same under a state where a liquid phase impregnation of a matrix is performed into the same. CONSTITUTION:After formation of a reinforcing fiber layer by winding reinforcing fibers 5, 7 round a various shaped mandrel, reinforcing fiber are stretched over a mandrel between holding members 11 provided on the mandrel and the reinforcing fiber layer is oriented to a corner part under a state where tension is applied to the reinforcing fiber layer by a tension member 13. The reinforcing fibers are wound over the reinforcing fiber layer further and a reinforcing fiber layer is formed, a plurality of the reinforcing fiber layers are formed and the reinforcing fiber layer is made into composition by curing the same under a state where a liquid phase impregnation of a matrix is performed into the same.
