摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To extremely reduce the thickness of a transformer, to make small size and light weight and to contrive mass production by printing the primary and the secondary coils on both the surfaces of an insulating substrate around a Hall element buried in the hole of the insulating substrate. CONSTITUTION:A hole 1a is formed in an insulating substrate 1 and coils 3 and 4 are formed by printing a conductor paste on both the surfaces of the insulating substrate 1. A Hall element 2 is buried upside down from the one side of the insulating substrate 1 and a lead wire 2c is fixed by soldering. The insulating substrate 1 is made of a material such as ceramic and is, e.g., a nearly rectangular thin flat plate type. The Hall element 2 is a flat package type, e.g., an InSb type Hall element. Both the surfaces of the main body 2a of the hole element 2 are covered with a magnetic material such as ferrite to easily induce magnetism.</p>
