PURPOSE:To make it possible to control the temperature characteristic of a resistance element by connecting a first resistance element having temperature dependency to a second resistance element having opposite temperature dependency to that of the first element to combine a predetermined temperature characteristic. CONSTITUTION:A resistance element R is composed by connecting in series a first resistance element R1 to a second resistance element R2. The element R1 has a positive temperature coefficient (+DELTA) since the concentration of p-type conductivity imparting impurity doped with a polycrystalline silicon 71 for forming the element R1, and the element R2 has a negative temperature coefficient (-DELTA) opposite to the element R1 since the concentration of p-type conductivity imparting impurity doped with a polycrystalline silicon 72 for forming the element R2. Accordingly, the element R can have temperature characteristics that the temperature coefficient is approx. zero. That is, the element R which is reduced or can be ignored in its temperature dependency is obtained. |
