PURPOSE:To decrease the number of members required for installing a lighting fixture and enhance workability during installation by forming connecting face portions each of which is inclined inward at 45 deg. to the direction of extension of the side face of the lighting fixture main body, and forming a recessed portion in the outer surface of each connecting face portion, and providing an electrical connection terminal portion in the recessed portion. CONSTITUTION:Two lighting fixtures can be joined together and installed in such a manner as setting the longitudinal direction of each fixture main body 1 at right angles to a mounting surface and can be electrically connected to each other via a connector 11 simply by connecting the opposite electrical connecting portions 10 of the connecting face portions 6 connected together via the connector 11, while connecting the respective one connecting face portions 6 of the fixture main bodies 1 to each other. Since each connecting face portion 6 is inclined at 45 deg. to the longitudinal direction of the fixture main body 1, one fixture main body 1 is positioned with its longitudinal direction at right angles to that of the other fixture main body 1 simply by making the two fixture main bodies 1 abut at their respective one connecting face portions 6 against each other. |
