PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance, insulation and flexibility by performing anode oxidation treatment on the surface of a on an conductor wire provided with an aluminium surface layer, further performing electrodeposition coating a substance, in which nitrate of a transition metal is added to a ceramics precurser solution. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic insulation wire 10 is provided with a heat-resisting aluminium alloy wire 11. An anode oxidation film 14 is formed on the surface of the heat-resisting aluminium alloy wire 11, and further outside thereof a colored ceramics layer 15 is formed. The colored ceramics layer 15 is so formed that a substance, in which nitrate of a transition is added to a ceramics precurser solution while having a conductor wire as a cathode, is given an electrodeposition coating for being ceramed. In this way, an insulating film is composed only of an inorganic material while being excellent in heat resistance and having no deterioration in an insulating characteristic. It has big dielectric breakdown voltage and excellent flexibility. Further, since the surface is smooth so that there occurs no problem of emission and adsorption of gas. |
