PURPOSE:To prepare vegetable juice resemble to natural vegetable scarcely losing useful component such as nutritive elements by adding vegetable fine powder and other fine powder to crushed vegetable, mixing, and making to a solution. CONSTITUTION:Vegetable such as garlic, watermelon, tomato or others is crushed to obtain crushed vegetable and independently fine powder of plant such as sesame or beans, fine powder of seaweed such as sea tangle or WAKAME seaweed, fine powder of bud of Japanese pepper and fine powder of ginseng are mixed to obtain mixed fine powder. Next, the crushed vegetable is mixed with the mixed fine powder in a ratio of 100 crushed vegetable to 5-10 mixed fine powder and stirred, then received in a sealing vessel, thus held for several months with keeping at about 30 deg.C to afford the aimed vegetable juice and honey is added, as desired. |
