PURPOSE:To allow the lower limbs and the hips to ascend and descend at the time of wiping cleanly the private parts of a patient and changing a diaper by attaching axially a pair of U-shaped or L-shaped levers so as to be freely turnable through a supporting point axis center provided in a prescribed position of a U-shaped frame, and attaching a leg holding base to the levers concerned so that turning and position can be adjusted freely. CONSTITUTION:A leg holding base 4 is attached to a U-shaped or L-shaped lever 3 so that turning and position can be adjusted freely through a leg holding base fitting metallic fixture 5, and the lever 3 is attached axially so as to be freely turnable to a frame 1 through a supporting point axis center 17. When the lever 3 is raised, the leg holding base 4 to which the lower limbs are fixed is guided in the head part direction along a circular arc-like locus, and in accordance with a motion of knees, the crotch joint is bent, and the thigh is pressed against the belly part direction, therefore, it floats up from the hit part to the shoulder blade. When this posture is maintained by damping force of a band brake 10 used together with a lever holding metallic fixture 15, this device works as an apparatus for wiping cleanly the private parts of a patient and changing a diaper. Also, this device works as a lower limb function recovery training device which works on a foot joint by moving repeatedly forward and backward the upper end of the leg holding base 4, and also, works on the crotch joint from an extended position by moving repeatedly upward and backward the lever 3. |
