PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and to reduce a manufacturing cost by forming a color filter by penetrating color or pigment in a plastic substrate, and forming a transference electrode on the color filter. CONSTITUTION:The color filters R, G, and B are formed by penerating the color or the pigment in the plastic substrate 4 from the surface of it. Transference electrode patterns 3 are generated by forming transference electrode film on the color filters R, G, and B, and after that, applying patterning. By employing such structure, since the transference electrode pattern can be directly formed on the color filter formed in a form to be penetrated in the substrate 4 in an electrode substrate with color filter, the structure can be simplified. Therefore, it is possible to attain the cost down of the substrate as the electrode substrate with color filter used in a color liquid crystal display element by a passive matrix system. |
