<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a pipe fixing construction and a pipe fixing method allowing an easy and efficient pipe fixing work by providing a piping hole through a floor panel, and fixing a pipe on the upper surface of the floor panel through the hole with a fixing member. CONSTITUTION:Circular piping holes 11 to 13 allowing the passage of respective pipes 40 to 60 are drilled through a floor panel 10. In addition, there are provided perpendicular sections 41, 51 and 61 suspended under the floor panel 10 through the aforesaid holes 11 to 13, horizontal sections 42, 51 and 61 bent along the upper surface of the floor panel 10 from the upper ends of respective perpendicular sections 41, 51 and 61, and rise sections 43, 53 and 63 rising from the ends of respective horizontal sections 42, 52 and 62. Fixing members 130a and 130b are constituted with a retaining section 131 of U-shape section having an open lower side and coupled from the upper side to the external surface of the horizontal sections 42, 52 and 62 of the pipes 40 to 60, and a pair of right and left setting pieces 132 and 132 extruded along the upper surface of the floor panel 10 from both lower ends of the retaining section 131. The open lower sides of the fixing members 130a and 130b are respectively coupled from the top along the external surfaces of the horizontal sections 42, 52 and 62 of the pipes 40 to 60, and each of setting pieces 132 and 132 is laid on the upper surface of the floor panel 10.</p> |
