<p>PURPOSE:To simplify feeding and reduce the volume with good efficiency by driving a screw shaft and a tapered shaft by individual motors, adjusting respective rotating speed, setting the tapered shaft in the axial direction and rotating the tapered shaft when the rotation torque of a motor for driving the screw is increased to slow the rotating speed. CONSTITUTION:Waste synthetic resin fed into an intrusion cylinder 1B is fed into a volume reduction cylinder 1A by a screw shaft 5, rubbed, heated and melted in a heat volume reduction space, and reduced in volume by self- developing the heat and extruded by a tapered shaft 6. When a large quantity of waste synthetic resin or a mixed foreign matters is fed in, the rotation torque of the screw shaft 5 is increased and the electric current of the screw shaft motor 4B is increased and sensed by an electric current sensor 16, and a movable base 60 is moved in the direction away from the intrusion cylinder 1B by a direct moving means 15 and at the same time, a space between the tapered shaft 6 and an opening 7 for heat volume reduction is widened to feed out a large quantity of synthetic resin or foreign matters simultaneously, and the rotating speed of the screw shaft gets slower or the rotation is discontinued to reduce the feeding quantity of synthetic resin.</p> |
