PURPOSE:To obtain an organic solar cell having high energy conversion efficiency and small aging deteriorating by sequentially laminating an n-type semiconductor layer of cadmium sulfide, an intermediate layer of perylene dye, and a P-type semiconductor layer of quinacridon dye between two electrodes capable of transmitting a visible light in this order from the side of the electrode capable of transmitting the light. CONSTITUTION:After tin indium oxide is deposited, a transparent conductive glass board 2 is set in a vacuum vessel and evacuated, argon gas is introduced, an n-type semiconductor layer 3 of cadmium sulfide is formed by a high frequency sputtering method, perylene tetracarboxylate bisbenzoimidazole and 2,9-dimethylquiacridon are sequentially laminated on the cadmium sulfide thin film by a vacuum depositing method, and an intermediate layer 4 and a p-type semiconductor layer 5 are formed. Then, Au is deposited in vacuum to form an opposite electrode 6. An AM2 light of this solar cell is emitted from a transparent electrode side. |
