<p>PURPOSE:To prevent foreign matters such as dust and others from adhering to the surface, make maintenance and control easy and enhance durability by adding a conductive substance at least to a surface layer at the time of laminating prepregs composed on a porous base impregnated with thermosetting resin and dried and hot press molded into an emboss forming material. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg composed of a craft sheet with melamine resin by means of phenol resin is used as an inner layer prepreg 1, and a prepreg composed of an impregnated and dried alpha-cellulose sheet is used for a surface layer prepreg 2. In this case, a conductive substance can be added to the whole layer including the surface layer laminated for manufacturing a molding template, and from the viewpoint of cost and effect, the substance can be added only to the surface layer prepreg 2. When a release film 3 is interposed between an emboss forming material 4 and the surface layer prepreg 2 and hot press molding is carried out, the surface layer prepreg 2 and the inner layer prepreg 1 are integrated, which matches with the emboss forming material 4 to transfer an embossed face and simultaneously curing is performed.</p> |
