PURPOSE:To excellently remove the burr of a lead by providing a rotary plate axially displaceably of a rotary shaft, and energizing the plate in a direction of bringing the plate into contact with the rear surface of a board. CONSTITUTION:If a printed board 2 is warped, as the board 2 is advanced, contact pressure of a brush 55 with the board 2 is increased. Thus, spring members 60, 61 are elastically deformed to displace a rotary plate 54. When the central part of the board 2 is passed, the contact pressure of the brush 55 to the board 2 is reduced. The plate 54 is moved up or down in response to the warpage of the board 2 to copy the warpage of the board 2. The brushes 55-58 are held in state in contact with the rear surface 2a of the board 2, the contact pressures of the brushes 55-58 with the board 2 are held substantially constant, and not excessive. All the leads are desirably removed at burrs, and the rear surface 2a of the board 2 is not damaged. |
