<p>PURPOSE:To perfectly remove the resin bonded to steel belts by providing foreign matter removing devices heat-treating the foreign matter such as the resin bonded to the surfaces of the belts when a laminate is heated and pressed between the upper end lower belts to burn off the same to the belts. CONSTITUTION:When a laminate 3 wherein metal foils 2 are superposed on both surfaces of a prepreg 1 is heated by dielectric heating to melt a resin, gas is generated by the melting of the resin or the molten resin flows laterally to be bonded to the surfaces of belts 4 to be cured. When the steel belts 4' having foreign matter such as the resin bonded thereto are passed through foreign matter removing devices 5 on the way of the rotation due to rolls 4a, since the surfaces of the belts are heated to 300 - 400 deg.C to be subjected to heat treatment, the bonded foreign matter is burn to be peeled off from the surfaces of the steel belts 4'. Subsequently, the peeled foreign matter is removed by grinding brushes 10 and certainly removed by high pressure dust collectors 11.</p> |
