PURPOSE:To hold food in a stabilized state in the middle of a food-holding part and prevent errors in detection by providing a tray on which ridgelike projections forming a holding part for food are formed with a decline toward the center and the bottoms of the troughs therebetween are inclined higher toward the center and lower toward a peripheral juice gutter. CONSTITUTION:The food-holding part 2 of a tray 1 has ridgelike projections 2a whose tops are inclined toward the center and are lowest at the center where food 4 is mounted. Contrarily, the trough bottoms 2b therebetween are inclined lower toward the periphery so that the juice 5 exuding from the food 4 runs along the trough bottoms 2b and gathers in a juice gutter 3. The food 4 placed at the center on this food-holding part 2 is not displaced from the center. The juice 5 that exudes from the food 4 runs along the trough bottoms 2b to the juice gutter 3 at the periphery so that the food 4 is separated from the juice 5. Furthermore, the feet 6 of the tray 1 have the same measurement as the flange 7a of the tray stand 7 so that the tray 1 is centrally fixed on the tray stand 7 and the food 4 can always take the position at the center of the heating chamber.
