PURPOSE:To control deformation at the time of molding and mount a good surface fastener by using a surface fastener component composed of a surface fastener base and a covering film-shaped material to be covered constituted in the specified range of heat shrinkage. CONSTITUTION:A surface fastener engaging element group is covered with a film-shaped material having 5% or less heat shrinkage factor Sm in the longitudinal direction of a surface fastener base at 120 deg.C and 3% >= (Sm - S1) >=-1% heat shrinkage factor S1. For instance, a film-shaped material 5 covering an engaging element group 2 on one surface of a base formed with resin mainly composed of polypropylene of a molded surface fastener (heat shrinkage factor Sm = 3.8% when being treated for 30 minutes under the hot air of 120 deg.C) having an embedded element group 3 is formed, and a surface fastener member 1 is constituted by using a biaxial oriented polypropylene film (heat shrinkage factor S1 = 3.2%) of 70mu thickness. Then, the member 1 is attached to a molding die 7, and polyurethane foamed composition 9 is cast in after the mold 7 is preheated, and then heat foamed. |
