PURPOSE:To crystalize and solidify resin and granulate easily by cooling the resin melted for granulation by means of the temperature and time satisfying both of two formulas. CONSTITUTION:When granulation of polypropylene having a streostrcutre of a polymer main chain forming a syndiotactic structure, molten resin is cured by the cooling temperature T ( deg.C) and the cooling time t (second) to satisfy the relation of both formulas 1 and 2. At that time, propylene in which tensile yield value is not formed by a quenched strand after melting is used. As for the cooling process for molten resin, hot water in the temperature range of 30 - 100 deg.C can be used, or the resin can be placed on the surface of a solid to be able to rotate and/or move and cooled thereon. |
