摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid crystal display device with high quality without generating polar difference by connecting two TFD elements in series so as to offset mutual polar difference, and connecting a signal wire to a picture element electrode via the two TFD elements connected in series. CONSTITUTION:A first TFD element 1 and a second TFD element 2 are formed under the signal wire 3 and the picture element electrode 8, respectively, and also, those two TFD elements are formed on a second node electrode 4. The signal wire 3 and a node electrode 7 are formed with the same material simultaneously. Therefore, the two TFD elements 1, 2 are connected in series so as to offset the mutual polar difference, which offsets the mutual polar difference. Also, a first node electrode 3, the second node electrode 4, and the third node electrode 7 form the TFD elements 1, 2 via a contact hole provided at insulating film 6 on the electrode 4. Therefore, no disconnection of the node electrode occurs since no crisscross part of the node electrode is provided.</p>
