<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled ink for use in the determination of ultraviolet doses, recording e.g., confidential documents or their storage, curing regulating of ultraviolet-curable compositions, etc., comprising a product made by dissolving in a printing ink vehicle a photo-activator, color-producing agent and ultraviolet light absorber. CONSTITUTION:The objective ink comprising a product made by dissolving (A) a photo-activator, e.g., of formulas I, II, III or IV (R is allyl, alkyl, etc.; X is halogen, Rx is(are) 1-5 nitro(s), halogen(s), alkyl(s), etc.; A may be substituted by heterocyclic compound residue; R1-R3 and X1-X3 are each H, Cl or Br), or of formula V (R is aryl or hetero), (B) a color-producing agent such as diphenylamine or auramine, and (C) an ultraviolet light absorber such as p-aminobenzoic acid derivative or camphor derivative in a printing ink vehicle such as of wax, resin/solvent or emulsion type.</p> |
