摘要 PURPOSE:To provide good dimension stability and enhance reliability on a long-term basis in any circumstances by resin curing with polymerization utilizing electron rays. CONSTITUTION:A release mold consisting of two pieces of release plates and a spacer in used, and electron rays cured-type resin is injected in its mold. Then, a resin layer is cured by irradiating electron rays from the upper surface of the release plates. In the process of releasing said resin layer from the release plates, electron rays are irradiated in a condition that the temperature of the resin layer is heated up to 100-200 deg.C. Heating of the resin layer should desirably be carried out before or during the irradiation of electron rays, and far infrared rays heating, hot-air lamp, high-frequency heating, resistance heating or the like is utilized as the heating method. As the electron cured resin, cation polymerized epoxy resin, radical polymerized acryl resin or the like is used. Particularly, epoxy resin is preferred.
