PURPOSE:To obtain a resin having excellent reduction in physical properties by water vapor absorption, by blending a crystalline aromatic ring-containing polyamide with a modified conjugated diene polymer to which an unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative) is added and preferably further a crystallizing nucleating agent. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. crystalline aromatic ring-containing polyamide (e.g. one obtained by subjecting 6C nylon salt containing terephthalic acid and 66C nylon salt to polycondensation), having 0.2-0.8mol aromatic ring-containing dicarboxylic acid in 1mol dicarboxylic acid component, >=220 deg.C melting point and >=4cal/g amount of heat of fusion at the melting point is blended with (B) 3-60pts.wt. modified diene polymer (preferably maleic anhydride modified butadiene styrene block copolymer) to which an unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative) is added and preferably further (C) <=5pts.wt. crystallizing nucleating agent (preferably phenylsulfonic acid. etc).
