<p>PURPOSE:To give an impression of high quality by superposing thick outer film of resin having photodecomposition or bacteria degradation property on an extremely thin inner film having gas barriering property and applying a stamping mold process thereto to form a rough surface on the inner side and a smooth surface on the outer side thereof. CONSTITUTION:A tray 1 comprises an outer film 1a having extremely large thickness and an inner film 1b having extremely small thickness, in which the outer periphery of the film 1a is formed into a flat and smooth surface, while grooves 2 are formed on the inner surface. As a result, a feeling of high quality is produced by a flat and thick wooden box-like outer appearance to raise the grade of foodstuff placed therein. The outer film 1a is made of resin film having property of photodecomposition or degradation by bacteria, which is made of copolymer of aliphatic polyester and polyamide having property of decomposing biodegradable polymer such as polyamino acid etc. The inner film 1b is made of resin film having good gas barriering property, such as graft copolymer of methyl acrylate and butadiene having acrylonitrile as major component.</p> |
