PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition having excellent de-fatting power and deodorizing effects, providing cleaned feather with good handle, containing a specific polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil and a nonionic surfactant in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) 20-80wt.% polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil shown by the formula (total of l, m, n, x, y and z are 10-200) having 11-18 HLB and (B) 80-20wt.% nonionic surfactant composed of adduct of alkyl groupor alkenyl group-containing higher alcohol with ethylene oxide, polyoxyethylene alkyl phenyl ether or adduct of fatty acid alkylolamide with ethylene oxide. |
