PURPOSE:To continuously decompose micro-organisms while eliminating the malodors of waste water by activating the various effects of the micro- organisms with ozone, making combination use of the deodorizing and decomposing effect of ozone and the decomposing effect of the micro-organisms and providing means for maintaining the micro-organisms which are liable to flow out during treatment. CONSTITUTION:After the prescribed amt. of the previously cultured micro- organisms 60 are put into a treating tank 10, ozonizers 34 to 36 are started to eject the air contg. about 1 to 2vol.% ozone from nozzles 21 to 23. The man's or animal's blood and body fluid excretions in the waste water are decomposed by the various effects of the micro-organisms dispersed in the water and the oxidizing and org. matter decomposing effect of the ozone; in addition, the malodors are eliminated. The waste water is increasingly purified as the water flows from a treating chamber 16 to treating chambers 17 and 18. The treated water from which the malodors are eliminated is introduced from the bottom of the treating tank 10 into a guide cylinder 28 and is discharged through an outflow pipe 20.
