<p>PURPOSE:To improve the durability and sealing performance of a blade in large degree by providing spiral reinforcing material continuously in the longitudinal direction inside a blade body made of synthetic resin as base material. CONSTITUTION:Spiral blades 33 are fitted in the state of freely going in and out of a helical groove 39 provided in the outer peripheral surface of a piston 17 in such a way as to be gradually smaller from the suction side toward the discharge side. These spiral blades 33 have outer peripheral surfaces in contact with the inner peripheral surface of a cylinder 19 and partition a space between the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 19 and the outer peripheral surface of the piston 17 into plural operating chambers 37. Inside a blade body 33a made of synthetic resin as base material, spiral reinforcing material 35 is provided continuously in the longitudinal direction. Accurate hold-out force can be thereby displayed even against pressing force of different directions, so that the durability and sealing performance of the blade 33 can be improved in large degree.</p> |
