PURPOSE:To peel a protective paper smoothly by composing the system to control selectively the operation forces of a pressing member and rollers at the position to start the removing of the preventive paper, maintaining the interval between the tip of a knife and the outer skin of a winding paper constant, and carrying out the peeling of the protective paper. CONSTITUTION:A knife 18 at the position of an adhesive member having a protective paper to be removed is bent by an air cylinder 14 selected by a sensor to position the tip of the knife 18 at a position of a constant interval from the outer skin of a winding paper. And the peripheral surface of the winding paper is fastened by a pair of rollers 13 and 19 provided close to the bending knife 18. And when the front end of the protective paper of the adhesive member is turned over, and the paper is started to rotate at a slow speed, the pressure of the air cylinder 14 is exhausted to eliminate the pressing force of the knife 18, and the protective paper is removed by the elastic restoring force of the knife 18. As a result, no damage is generated to the paste surface of the adhesive member. |
