发明名称 PRODUCTION OF FE-CO FOIL HAVING HIGH SATURATION MAGNETIC FLUX DENSITY
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To produce the foil excellent in magnetic properties and workability by preparing a foil from a molten Fe-Co alloy having specific Co content by means of liquisol quenching, performing recrystallization annealing while applying a magnetic field to the above foil under specific conditions, and then carrying out cooling. CONSTITUTION:A foil is prepared by means of liquisol quenching from a molten Fe-Co alloy containing 25-65wt.% Co as an essential component. Subsequently, recrystallization annealing is exerted at a temp. in the range between the temp. higher than the superlattice forming temp. of this alloy system and the temp. lower than the Curie point while applying a magnetic field of >=100A/m to the above foil, and then, cooling is carried out at >=100 deg.C/mm cooling rate. By this method, the coiled foil having >= about 30000 maximum magnetic peameability and capable of about 180 deg. bending can be produced.</p>
