PURPOSE:To raise the input impedance and reduce the output impedance of each circuit to facilitate the design and to prevent the occurrence of an abnormal high voltage by isolating an OP amplifier by a buffer in each circuit. CONSTITUTION:A high voltage stabilization protecting circuit 3 and high voltage stabilizing circuits 2, 4, and 5 are provided independently of one another, and what is called buffers 1, 9, and 11 having the high input impedance and the low output impedance are provided in high voltage input stages of these circuits. Since OP amplifiers 1, 9, and 11 for buffers are provided in the input stages of the high voltage stabilization protecting circuit 3 and high voltage stabilizing circuits 2, 4, and 5 in this manner, internal parts of any circuit are not destroyed by abnormality like short-circuit on the input side, and all circuits perform the normal protecting operation, and an abnormal high voltage is not generated. Thus, design of circuits is facilitated, and the occurrence of the abnormal high voltage is prevented. |
