发明名称 LEAD FRAME
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance a yield when a lead frame is bent and worked by a method wherein a reinforcement bar which is thicker than at least a support bar is installed, in the outward direction opposite to the support bar, between an outer frame and a dam bar. CONSTITUTION:Support bars 1b whose width is 0.3mm are installed so as to protrude from two perpendicular sides at four corners of dam bars 1a. Square stages whose one side is 2mm are installed at the respective bars 1b. The adjacent stages of the four stages 12 are connected by connection bars whose width is 0.4 mm so as to be a square. In addition, reinforcement bars 1d whose width is 0.9mm are installed between the bars 1a and outer frames 11 in the outward direction opposite to the bars 1b protruding to the inward direction from the bars 1a. Since the bars 1a are supported by the outer frames 11 through the reinforcement bars 1d, it is possible to eliminate that the bars 1a are deformed and that, as a result, the bars 1c are bent.
