PURPOSE:To perform the switching operation of pull-up and pull-down, by connecting the connection points of two pairs of MOSFETs connected in series, and connecting them to an input/output terminal. CONSTITUTION:In a case where an input signal F11 is '1' and an input signal F12 is '0', a signal corresponding to an input signal I is inputted to the input/ output terminal IO. Also, in the case where both input terminals F11 and F12 are '1's, the same operation as that of a P-channel open drain output is performed. Meanwhile, in the case where both input signals F11 and F12 are '0's, the same operation as that of an N-channel open drain output is performed. Next, in the case where the input signal F11 is '0' and the input signal F12 is '1', the pull-up is performed by a MOSFET17 when an input signal F13 is '1', and the pull-down by a MOSFET18 when the input signal F13 is '0'. |
