PURPOSE:To obtain boiled eggs having excellent positioning of egg yolk and softness of egg white by uniform heating in a short time and in high yield without danger in the operation by pouring hot water on stood eggs and running the hot water on the eggs. CONSTITUTION:Hot water is sent from a flow outlet 7 of a hot water feed pipe 8 to a supply tank 4. The hot water is poured from holes 5 at the bottom 6 of the supply tank 4 on eggs arranged on supporting holes 13 of egg holding shelf plate 12 set below the feed tank 4 with putting the obtuse end of egg upward to give the objective boiled eggs.
