Process for the manufacture of cement-based structural units of the building block, plaster work, lintel, support, panel, beam, pool edging, self-blocking paving and slab type, in which the cement contains a filler, characterised by ground coconut fragments treated with the aid of a water-repellent and of bonding product, which are mixed with hydraulic cement and river sand, with the necessary quantity of water, to obtain a pasty concrete which will be dry until completely set. <IMAGE>
