PURPOSE:To automatically sense a soft locking state of a jurisdiction local control station and to enhance reliability of a power system monitor by providing means for transmitting in/out information of a power system switch and operating information of a protective relay, soft locking means, receiving means, etc. CONSTITUTION:A local control station system 2 transmits TC information input by TC information input means 2e from a TC 6a to a power supply station computer system 1 via TC information transmitting means 2a. The system 1 takes the TC information 4 as power system on-line information via TC information receiving means 1a, and monitors a power system via power system monitoring means 1c. A local control station system 3 inputs TC information 5 received by TC information receiving means 3b as power system on-line information, and monitors a power system via power system monitoring means 3C. A soft locking state of a jurisdiction local control station is automatically sensed in a power supply station or other local control station through a power supply station. |
