PURPOSE:To detect the operating mistake of a faulty area at an early stage by carrying out first the test of an item where an abnormal result is obtained at the time of a retest state. CONSTITUTION:An item test executing means 10 carries out in order the items, and the items with which the abnormal test results are obtained by the means 10 are stored in an abnormal item storage means 12. At the same time, an abnormal item test executing means 14 carries out the tests of the abnormal items stored in the means 12. When the means 14 finishes all tests of the abnormal items, an item test re-executing means 16 carries out again the tests of each item. As a result, the operating mistakes of the abnormal items can be early detected. |
