PURPOSE:To accelerate the signal output of the device by providing a control means to apply a high potential or a low potential after applying a specified potential between the low and high potentials which are internally decided to an output signal line, when applying the high or low potential to the output signal line. CONSTITUTION:When an output signal line 4 is set at the high (low) potential, a control means 1 applies the specified potential between the high and low potentials before outputting the low (high) potential to this output signal line 4. Therefore, potential difference to be canceled in the case of the signal output is reduced and the output of the low (high) potential to the output signal line 4 is prevented from being delayed. Thus, the signal output can be executed at high speed. |
