PURPOSE:To obtain a high strength support pile which is worthy for a long-term use by applying a specified organic coating to an outer periphery of the support pile by a specified thickness for a heavy duty corrosion resistant coated steel material, and embedding heavy duty coated material into the contact part of a support roller by a specified thickness. CONSTITUTION:Primer and urethane elastomer resin are applied to a steel pipe 1, and heavy duty coated material 4 is attached to the steel pipe by 0.2 - 1.0 mm to form a support pile. Besides, 30 - 60mu fluorine-contained resin is applied to the other coated layer 5 than the heavy duty coated material. Moreover, the heavy duty coated layer 4 is formed in an area with which a support roller 13 for float type mooring shore 12 comes into contact. It is, thus possible to obtain the high strength support pile which has excellent corrosion resistance weatherability. |
