PURPOSE:To inform even a slave device that is not set to a message channel of the circuit state by transmitting a circuit state signal to the slave device from a master device through both message and control channels. CONSTITUTION:The signals are supplied to a 1st transmission circuit 6 of a master device 1 from a control circuit 9 and a hybrid circuit 5. At the same time, a signal is supplied to a 2nd transmission circuit 7 from the circuit 9. Both circuits 6 and 7 transmits the signals to the slave devices 2A-2C respectively. In such a constitution, each control circuit 17 of devices A-C transmits a control signal a dial signal, etc., to the device 1 based on the output signal sent from a keyboard 18 including the ten kys. At the same time, the circuit 17 controls a display device 19 in order to display the circuit state based on the control signal received from the device 1 and also controls the channels of the transmission/reception circuits 10 and 14. Thus it is possible to inform even a slave device that is not set to a message channel of the circuit state with use of a circuit state signal.
