PURPOSE:To obtain a beautiful optical output signal having no jitter by providing a delay circuit for delaying a clock signal, applying it as a first delay clock signal to a flip-flop and a first latch circuit and applying it as a second delay clock signal to a second latch circuit. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal 10 in which an input data signal is applied, is connected to the input terminal of a D-type flip-flop 11, and the output terminal of the flip-flop 11 is connected to the input terminals of D-type latch circuits 12, 13. The output terminals of the circuits 12, 13 are connected to a logic circuit 14. Further, the output terminal of the circuit 14 is connected to the input terminal of a driving circuit 15, and a light emitting element 16 emits a light by the circuit 15. A clock signal applied to the circuit is delayed by a delay circuit 17 and a delay circuit 18 in which its delay amount can be externally regulated. Thus, since the clock signal of repetition waveform is delayed, no jitter is generated. |
