A three-dimensional puzzle consists of a plurality of permanently joined puzzle components (1, 2,...12) which can be assembled to form a regular tetrahedron. When assembled, all puzzle components form parts of irregular pyramids whose apices (20) meet at a point inside the tetrahedron and whose base surfaces form the faces of the tetrahedron. In addition, all puzzle components are combined to form a chain in such a manner that all puzzle components, with the exception of the first and the last component, are joined to the next puzzle component along one edge of the pyramid base surface and can be folded together about this edge. |
