The cylindrical tank (3) is located inside a rectangular container via its thermal insulation jacket (4) in such way that the four sides of the container press onto the jacket and cause it to press away from the tank near the edges of the container, forming crescent shaped ducts (9) for the coolant or heating medium. The pressure points of the jacket can be reduced in thickness for added effect. The coolant, or heating medium circulates from end to end with a heat exchange effect.
