PURPOSE:To easily deal with erroneous connection on the transmission side without fail by executing man-machine communication by a discriminating means, sound transmitting means and recording means in the case of erroneous connection to a general line where a communication equipment is not connected to the called party side. CONSTITUTION:A man/machine discriminating means 10 is provided to discriminate whether a response from the party connecting the line is a human voice or an electric signal tone, and a voice synthesizing circuit 11 is provided to transmit a prescribed message voice to the line based on the discrimination of the human voice due to this discriminating means 10. On the other hand, a voice recording circuit 8 is provided to record a response voice from the party connecting the line after transmitting the message voice. Therefore, even when transmission error is generated by the erroneous connection to the general line where the communication equipment is not connected to the called party side, communication is enabled with the called party without fail. Thus, it is possible to easily and accurately deal with erroneous connection on the transmission side. |
