<p>The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus to enhance traffic safety in driving a vehicle. The invention is characterized in that information regarding the behaviours of the driver and eventually the vehicle, e.g. movements of the accelerator and the steering wheel, continuously is fed to the memory of an IC-card/drivers licence connected or connectable to a microprocessor for an immediate or later comparing computing, whereby some behaviours can be recognized as being negative to traffic safety, which information directly or indirectly will be informed to the driver, and/or registered in the memory of the IC-card/drivers licence.</p> |
