Folding roof for motor vehicles - has removable fasteners to connect inside roof lining to hoops

The folding roof has cover (20) for an opening in a solid roof skin, and an inside roof lining (41) to open/close an inner opening. Several hoops (28,29) engage with both sides of cover and lining, to tension and to support folding of both in longitudinal direction. The inside lining is connected to the assembled hoops via removeable fasteners (66). These can be released from below. Each fastener has fork (67), which is in releasable snap connection with the hoops. ADVANTAGE - Easy removal of inside roof lining.
