PURPOSE:To permit the surface of a formed body to be patterned like Kintaro wheat gluten by a method wherein a water-insoluble auxiliary form matching with a pattern is arranged in a form, a dry concrete pattern material is filled in either alone or both of the interior and exterior of the auxiliary form and a concrete base layer material is filled in the rest of the form in its entirety and the auxiliary form is removed from the form to harden both the materials into a one-piece product. CONSTITUTION:A concrete formed body 1 having a pattern layer 2 exposed on its surface partly or wholly is made by using a concrete fill-up form 4 and an auxiliary form 5 matching with the pattern and the pattern layer 2 is formed of a dry concrete pattern material and a base layer 3 is formed of a concrete base material. Dry pattern materials 2R and 2B and a dry or wet base layer material 3D or 3W are filled in the spaces 5a and 5b defined by a water-insoluble auxiliary form 5 arranged in the form 4 and in a space between the form 4 and the auxiliary form 5 in the same thickness, respectively. The auxiliary form is then removed from the form 4. In the case of the dry base layer material, the interior of the form is supplied with water entirely and, in the case of the wet base layer material, the concrete is allowed to be hardened monolithically into the concrete formed body 1, which is then removed from the concrete fill-up form 4. |
