PURPOSE:To obtain an operation manual forming device capable of improving man/machine interface and sufficiently utilizing the function of an apparatus by transmitting guide information at the time of detecting a communication control signal by a signal detecting means, and when a communication terminal requests the transmission of an operation manual, transmitting the manual. CONSTITUTION:When the communication control signal is transmitted at the time of a terminating call from the transmission terminal, the unknown state of an operation method is judged and the guide information relating to an operation manual request method is transmitted to the communication terminal. When the operation manual is requested, the manual is formed and transmitted to the terminal concerned and operation in a processing step to be executed in order to attain the function of a communication apparatus by the operation manual is formed by optionally combining the explanation data of the operation contents of each processing step. Even when the operation manual request method is unknown, the operation manual can easily be requested. While reducing the necessary capacity of a storage part for storing the explanation data, the operation manual capable of sufficiently correspond to a wide request from an operator in the communication terminal can be formed and offered. |
