PURPOSE:To make the molded object with complicated shape easily, while inserting process of a core and the process of machining are made unnecessary by making a secondarily molded object in the state where a molded core is kept in a movable mold. CONSTITUTION:A movable mold 2 is brought in contact with a primarily injecting stationary mold 4, and an injecting nozzle 16 is brought in contact with the primarily injecting stationary mold 4, and then injection is carried out. Two slides 7a, 7b are brought in contact with each other, and the cavity having the same shape as that of a core is formed therebetween, and then the cavity is filled with primarily injecting resin. While the movable mold 2 is separated from the primarily injecting stationary mold 4, two slides 7a, 7b are also separated mutually. The primarily molded object 21 with U shape in section and cylindrical shape i.e. a core is molded and is kept in the state where it is held in the movable mold 2. Next, the movable mold 2 is brought in contact with the secondarily injecting stationary mold 23, and the cavity 24 formed in the secondarily injecting stationary mold 23 is filled with secondarily injecting resin. Then, the movable mold 2 is separated from the secondarily injecting stationary mold 23, and a secondarily molded object 26 is obtained. |
